Pilots drop third in row, lose 9-0 against Brewers

Tuesday — Another tough defeat added in the Pilots loss column following yet another 9-run loss again. (lost 9-0 on June 9)

The Brewers bats were active all game but really noticed in the first inning when they drove in 5 runs against Marescalchi, who began his pitching outing with bad numbers already. Ricky Montes double in the first drove in his only 2 RBI’s of the game. Miraglia added a triple and Raimo added another double to score runs for the Brewers. New comer Melanie Dwyer also hit in a run to add to the Brewers big lead.

Nick Miraglia took the mound for the Brewers and recorded just 4 hits in 3 shutout innings for his first complete game and first win of the season.

GAMECHANGER:

The Pilots poor defense lead to a handful of errors and reached bases for the Brewers. Hopefully the defense will turn it around for the Pilots very soon.
